New Project
I have started a new project with a very old friend of mine. Todd Katke is his name and we have been friends since we were in grade school. That's about 35 in human years. Any-who, Todd Katke is a nature photographer and has recently moved to Alaska. He spent many years living in the Upper Pennisula of Michigan, honing his craft and trying to make a living. He opted to pull up stakes and move to the "real" wild country to be closer to the subjects he likes to photograph.
We were talking last night about his work and we began to discuss blogging and some such. I mentioned that I would like to put together a photoblog of his work and, well, he liked the idea and we began to flesh out a theme for this page. It is still in the formative stages of design and there is not yet much content posted. Over the next few days, we should start adding more.
Todd does great work and for those that enjoy nature photography, I am sure you'd agree. On this new page, Todd will be sharing, not only his photo work, but also some of the stories connected with how he captured them. It will be less of the technical and more of the unique, and even humorous, situations that occurred while in the field at several locations through the United States.
It is called "Buford T. Porcupine's Wild & Wacky Adventures."
As I said, it is still under construction, but there are a few items posted.
