Home is where my heart is

I have been home a few days now but was recently hospitalized with heart trouble. The final outcome - an 8-way heart bypass.
This is my second episode with heart health issues, the previous being two stents and a heart cath.
In addition, I was diagnosed as being diabetic and have learned to give myself insulin injections.

All of this has given me new voice as I consider myself fortunate to being able to even type this post. Many changes underway.
