Rep. Kucinich settles sandwich lawsuit

Rep. Dennis Kucinich, D-Ohio, has settled his lawsuit over an olive pit in a sandwich.

In a letter to supporters, Kucinich details the dental damage and surgeries he endured after biting into an olive pit in a sandwich wrap he bought in 2008 at a congressional cafeteria. News of the lawsuit was disclosed earlier this week.
